Okay, so a couple of things. I just got a legion 5 pro gaming laptop. I have an ROG ally that I'd like to use for streaming my gameplay from the laptop. I don't know how to do that. I pay for lightstream membership because I was using my xbox and all I had to do was hit "go live" and it went to anything i had setup. I am just starting to do more on youtube and I've only had my xbox, phone, and the capcut app. I have a mic coming in tomorrow, and a mixer for it. Do you think you could make a video off of this information? I really want to grow but I'm just stuck. I work full time and I've tried looking stuff up but nothing seems like a legit answer. I have in total 5 monitors including the laptop that I'll be using. I feel like I have everything I need. I don't even care to talk over my videos because no one watches my lives. I just wanna get the stream going.

I have the first gen iPod click wheel and first gen iPod video. But my chargers died years ago and I could never find replacements. Very sad. I loved my iPods.

do you still recommend p6 two pass quarter resolution for highest quality streaming? been going through a lot of videos and tbh I'm lost with how many different versions of obs there are lol

I have a question that google or other sources cant answer. What if the modern screens adopt the cathode ray - one line at a time rays, and apply it to lighting the LED's, instead of illuminating all LED's at once. Use less than millisecond response time LED's, and test how how the eye responds to the screen. Will there be a similar effect as far as no motion blur, and all of the other effects of modern displays? Im sure there will be a compromise, like brightness, but it might be worth a shot at the experiment. Im sure im about to get flamed for my ignorance, but at least maybe I'll learn something.

It’s been 4 years. I have a 7800x3d. I’m getting a 4070 super and currently have a 2070 super. Could I not use the 4070 for gaming and then run a stream off the 2070?

For some reason, when I use fragmented mov and PCM 16 bit it only records 1 track even though I have 6 tracks enabled all separated. When I use AAC I'm able to get all 6 tracks show up in Premiere just fine. And yes, I did REMUX the .mov file

I really want to do this. I miss my iPod so much, and I really don't like Spotify (especially paying for it). Not to mention the times when you're in the store with lead in the ceiling and your signal can't reach your phone, so you can't listen to music.

I think audiophiles create problems for themselves, just use an android phone offline, a nice usb c earbud capable of lossless reproduction (there's a ton of great ones), and a nice music player app, I recommend poweramp, hiby or usb audio player pro if you must have bit perfect audio.

What are the filesizes? Just wondering if there is better compression as I get better compression but slower from CPU encoding than GPU, so wondering if the media accelerator will compare with a CPU or a gpu.

ideally you would be streaming a "master copy" to a vps and then that vps would just forward said stream to the services you want. that way you dont use more than 15mbps and dont have to upgrade your internet connection (since vps connections have better upload speeds/peering)

Are you uploading AV1 and have you noticed any changes in recent weeks as far as AV1 uploads? I noticed KZbin either can't even process some AV1 videos now (waited a day and it won't process, h265 processes in minutes) or everything comes out green. I thought maybe some settings got screwed up going to Resolve 19, but I can't even re-upload an AV1 video I already uploaded successfully. Had to fall back to h265. Appreciate the video btw, I hadn't realized Resolve added AV1 until earlier in the year when I saw your video and I've been enjoying using AV1.
