WATCH OUT FOR SATANIC DECEPTION--What is the Most Repeated Sign of the End of the World

Beware of the Angel of Light, Satan
The Deceiver, the Liar, the One who cannot abide in the Truth is allowed to exert his full powers of deception. God is guarding and preserving all the truth-lovers, the rest of mankind goes with the Devil. That is a thumbnail of the End.
The First Seal is the Global spread of the Lie. Amazingly, this first seal and its white horseman of deception is an event on God’s timetable, much described in the Scriptures. We ended last time in 2 Thessalonians.
Please turn back there with me and as you do, remember that these twin epistles to the church in the city of Thessalonica were Paul’s first epistles. Paul taught them more about Christ’s end-time plans, than anyone except John in Revelation.
First, Truth Gets Abandoned: 2 Th. 2:3
Then, Almighty God Gets Pushed Aside: 2 Th. 2:4-8
Then, Satan Amazes the World: 2 Th. 2:9-10
So, God Sends Strong Delusion on Truth Neglectors: 2 Th. 2:11-12 And for this reason, God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Our protection comes as we believe the truth about God. Last time we looked at the century-old set of doctrinal positions in a book called The Fundamentals, which defined orthodox doctrine for those God calls “lovers” of the truth.
This group of conservative, Bible-believing, and teaching pastors and professors sat down and declared what were the “foundational doctrines” of the faith. They published their confession in a set of books called The Fundamentals, which contains:
Seven Essential Doctrines
Here is the list of the seven essentials, that were written as a guide to warn us when the truth is eroding in Christ’s Church.
INSPIRATION: All we know and believe about God is based on His Word, so they affirmed the Inspiration and Reliable Historicity of the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
DOCTRINE: God’s Word teaches clear doctrines about Jesus Christ and His Church, so they specifically named the cults that presented false gospels in their day such as the errors of the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormonism, Christian Science, Spiritism, and so on (Titus 1:9).
DEPRAVITY: God’s Word declares the reality of sin, so they affirmed that man is not basically good, but born a sinner (Romans 5:12).
SUBSTITUTION: God’s Word only presents Biblical salvation as received only by faith in the God-incarnate Christ Jesus who became sin for sinners to save them (2 Corinthians 5:21a).
IMPUTATION: God’s Word teaches that salvation can not be earned at any level, and is dispensed by God, not by any church and cleric, thus they clearly exposed the errors of Roman Catholicism, and every other religion of human achievement and works righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21b).
CHRISTOLOGY: All doctrinal error starts in some way with an incorrect view of Christ, so they strongly affirmed the Deity, the work, and the personal visible Return of Christ (2 John 1:9-11). Last time we ended here. Note the final essential is:
CREATION: God is revealed from cover to cover in His Word as the Creator of the Universe just as described in the Bible, so they exposed the grave errors of Evolutionism and Darwinism.
Colossians 1:15-17(NKJV) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

I enjoy John Barnett's teaching but he partners with John McArthur who said that you can take the mark of the beast and still go to heaven. McArthur also aligns himself with the worst prosperity gospel teachers in the "business". Everything is well documented on KZbin. I watch everything with open eyes and open ears. I discovered that the reason I have trouble understanding the Bible is because the devil was shifting definitions so there has been a disparity a difference between the words and the meanings in the Bible and what we hear in society and taught in school SOOO what do you get when definitions are different??? I've tried several times to interpret the Bible and I've had to go to watching videos to try and understand it more. One thing is I'm hungry for God's word and I just wnst to learn as much as I can . I'd like to hear Dr Barnets's words about all this worshiptainment going on right now in churches. I'm trying to do fellowship and all I find is rockband smoke & light stage performances. It is sickening for me to experience not having been in church for 30 years. Each Sunday morning, I took a shower & put on my best clothes making the effort to be early for service very hungry for God's word and it's like a sing along same words over & over as the music controls the peoples feelings. Soft beat music with lights low when it's time to give.

Yes, that's a problem today. It can be very discouraging. 😓 But don't give up. Soldier on - ask God to lead you to a solid, teaching congregation of His followers. I gave up for a while after attending so many churches full of fluff and false teaching, I am sad to admit. But I prayed for God to help me find a good church family to learn, serve and worship. He answered my prayer. I wish I had not let the false churches get me down. God knows what we need and is faithful to help us find a group of fellow saints to gather together and pray with. Timestamp 21:13 one of the saddest things about prophecy is all the destruction caused by not obeying the word and with all the printed Bibles in the world, everyone can be saved. This is why that small opened scroll that John was given to "eat" tasted sweet but was bitter after he digested it (the prophetic scroll with God's mysterious plan as the one handed to the slain lamb). They can be and have been. I was praying for my unbelieving son in grief and crying plus i was very sick. I had the Holy Spirit, Visions, Jesus was speaking to me audibly, i was saved for works but not saved by works. God does not intervene he allows the enemy just like he did JOB! Anyway i was crying out to Jesus to find a way to save my son. I heard a voice ( sounded just like Jesus) say want to swap places? For a split second i THOUGHT yeah, then cried to Jesus that it was an accident. I went to 6 Pastors asking had i lost my salvation and they said NO! Then i got a migraine a few weeks later and called to Jesus to heal me, Jesus told me to stop calling on him. I had been a believer since i was a child. I lost my salvation. If possible even the elect God means its hard for him to believe!!! Do not believe God is going to protect you from the enemy, he's not. Thats why the bible says in the end times there will be a falling away!!! Deception of the enemy.!!!!

The question that comes to mind concerning Matt. 24:24 regarding the possibility of the elect being led astray... This pastor asserts they can't and he is correct about this particular set of circumstances..... so, in that context it is true. Yet, we must consider the every day teaching that may lead believers astray thus the need for warnings about false teachers: Galatians 1:6-9, 2 Corinthians 11:4,13-15, and Acts 20:29-30. See what The Spirit expressly says about departing from the faith in 1 Timothy 4:1. So, it is very likely that some of the elect will currently be led astray and have to be pulled back... and corrected just as Peter, Jude, and Paul corrected the First Century believers. But if someone seriously departs from the faith then yes, we should think about the Parable of the Sower... asking What was their foundation? The point is this we do not know the heart of every person only God knows. The possibility of the elect going astray is just that- they would be deceived if that were possible. These trials and tribulations test man. 1 John 2:19 ( they may have seen like they were elect but that is not possible, it is merely the weeding out process). Every eye will see Jesus arrive, no secret arrival read what Jesus says. Mat 24:23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Mat 24:25 Behold, I have told you before. Mat 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. Mat 24:27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. The usage of the word "elect" in Matt 24:31 is the exact same Greek word for every other usage of the word "elect" in the New Testament. It is the same group of people. If they say to you Jesus is in some sort of secret place don't believe it. As lightning in the sky everyone will see Jesus arrive in Matt 24:31. Peace, PTT

Here Jesus refers to his second coming, not the rapture, for the rapture is the elect being taken up to him.
