One big thing that Trump has over other Presidents is his Mar-a-lago estate. How when Presidents come to visit he can take them there for a visit. A little relaxation and some personal golf is a businessman's ally. He can take them there, show them a good time, while also getting some work done. I think that's a great tool to have when you're trying to get a deal done, or even have better relations.,
