They will be completed in the fall of next year. He also has announced that he will invest more in similar projects in the Duchy of Cornwall in the future. However, building the apartments is not related to his Homewards project. The project is significant, and its purpose is to show the British government that homelessness can be overcome and that the Finnish Housing First model, which serves as a model for the Homewards, is also applicable to British conditions. The cost-effective Housing First model has already been proven to work. In Finland homelessness has been almost completely overcome. In addition to Finland the model is already in use in several European countries, such as in Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. In addition, several projects like the Homewards are currently underway not only in Europe but also elsewhere. The EU has founded together with the developer of the Housing First model the Finnish Y-Foundation The Housing First Europe Hub, which already includes 45 members from organizations to cities, ministries, housing operators and researchers in Europe and elsewhere. The Housing First Europe Hub promotes the Housing First model as a key solution to combating homelessness throughout the EU, so why couldn't it also work in Britain where homelessness is a really big problem. William's project is progressing on schedule and within two years we surely will start to get more detailed information about it when the preliminary results of the project will start to be tested in practice in six areas across Britain. The Homewards project ends, and its results will be presented to the British government and local housing authorities across the Britain in 2028.

@LdevArt When a tennant is supposed to keep a place well ventilated and heated to prevent that from happening, and does not comply and on top of that refuses maintenance to enter the property, that is how. Tenants should keep up with the agreement and should report problems. Why didn't they?

I admire both of Princess Diana’s sons.
