@Pauline bergeron because income gets taxed, not debt.the wealthy minded use debt to leverage taxes on income. Example: your business grosses 100,000 in one year. Your expenses were 50,000 in the same year. So your net profit is 50,000 .Your business gets a loan from a bank for 300,000 for the purpose of marketing. The loan (debt) is now a marketing expense now. Question : how much did you profit? Answer: you didnt. Your in the negative on "paper". This is generic example, but this how the game is played with a business. Amazon didn't make a " profit" for 8 years straight.
@candyman1905 жыл бұрын
That’s not the Rich’s fault. It’s the lower income class’s fault. They wanted taxes for the rich and it ended up back firing on the same people that wanted it.
@Alirajah285 жыл бұрын
@@candyman190 yes I agree with you about the lower economic class. The consistency is what the lower economic class think,about themselves, their perspectives and the how we tend to think about what we call "money" today. The United States is a federal corporation pursuant to 28 USC subsection 15a. In order to become "rich"/"wealthy" here, we have to unlearn, then learn the how the game is played. So that we can play this game at our level and take care of our families and whatever we value. I disagree that it back fired on them. These are their rules. Let's all study up and begin to execute the process. I'm developing two small business as we speak. It definitely work. But I ve never been more fulfilled. Even while working a full time job

Opulence es Excellence Dude! You dunno how refreshing that sounds man! Really! Yeah you’re 100% right about unlearning and re-learning the things we don’t know. Well I say it backfired because the same peoole that wanted tax to be imposed are the same people that are complaining now and actually being raped from taxes. But also, it’s not the modern person’s fault, but their ancestors. It’s a generational thing, passed down to us. I say “Us” because I’m still a part of the rat race. Hopefully this year I’ll be getting out of it. Congratulations on your 2 new businesses O! I’m really happy for you brotha! What businesses are you starting? Was it scary at first?

You are betting on appreciation/depreciation, not good for short term risk. Long term (years) good bet if you have sufficient resources. The better bet is on positive cashflow, minimal impact from appreciation/depreciation. Long term together even better. @Alirajah285 жыл бұрын
He may not, but here is what you can do. Set up three different bank accounts, preferably credit unions because they will offer you better products/services. One account will be designated as your administrative account. This account receives income from your job. All of your bills are to be paid from your credit card. Use the administrative account to "pay check park" back on the credit card for your bills on the monthly. Now you have cash flow, and Mental clarity to focus on what importants based on your personal values. Account 2 is your personal budget. No matter how you make you need a budget! Even millionaires have budgets. Acct#2 is for you to blow, i.e. eating out, movies,etc. Acc#3 is for "saving/investing, preferably an online bank with high yield dividend. Not a savings account at your current financial institution.Interest rates are crap today however, at least your money can make money-monthly.Don't touch account 3. Put the above into practice sooner than later.your life will never be the same. *** Pick a credit credit card with dollar for dollar cash back reward points.use the points to enhance your life, not your vacations. Redeem the points for gas cards, or Visa gift cards that can be used at the grocery store, . Are gift cards income to you? Nooooo! Lol so why would you pay bills from your checking account without any tangible benefit/incentive?. Be patient with yourself in this process, and much success to you.

Bookkeepers are lower level accountant. They do the transactional side apposed to the management/planning side of things. They do your accounts on past data like balance sheet and profit/loss. Accountants do this aswell as planning ahead etc
