She is a great speaker and seems like a good person. However, I've never been a fan of the "politico" personality, which is folks that talk well, but rarely work well. Through my experience, I've noticed a trend for people to praise the speaker and not the worker. The person who is creative is rarely a good speaker and is usually introverted, shy and humble. In the corporate world, those people are usually cast aside or their work is utilized, yet rarely they are credited for what they do. Many of the truly innovative types never speak up with their ideas, because they know they won't get credit for them and this causes a huge problem in innovation. It's time to shift our focus on a different type of people and not simply praise those that are gregarious, attractive and at many times ruthless.

She seems a really smart, kind and capable person. However, I don't understand that a child who is traumatized can be misdiagnosed with a seizure disorder (5th minute of the video). You need a positive EEG that shows seizure activity to diagnose with a seizure disorder. Very different than trauma.
@KibisBayArea7 жыл бұрын
she said the mother used seizure disorder as an excuse for the child's absence at school. This led to the misunderstanding.
@mihaelaiorg7 жыл бұрын
Priscilla said the she had realized after one year of treating this child that she did not have a seizure disorder, that the child was traumatized. Maybe it did not take her the whole year to realize that the girl did not have seizures....

Story at 5:07 is no more than a matter of doing a job right way. Meaning paying attention and being diligent. If everyone did this simple thing, we won't need Chan Zukkerberg foundations. You know Priscilla how many teachers and pediatricians only care about getting paid, have no interest in a child? 99 percent
