Watch Show Review: Intersect Atlanta 2024

This past Saturday I went to Atlanta for the first ever Intersect watch show. It was a great showcase of well-known independent brands and a great opportunity to see and handle them in person.

That Lorier Hydra was pretty sweet. The Jack Mason Stratotimer is really cool (I have one). Highly recommend it! I also like the Fears cushion case watch with the second hand subdial. Thanks for the video. I felt like I was at the show! 😊👍🏻

Thanks for the review. I had never heard of Fear Watches until I saw your video. When I looked up their website and saw the prices, I was thinking, "they can't be serious"!

Yeah, I had only heard of Fears through a couple of ads. I may have glanced at an article, or something. But honestly, I would have a very, very difficult time spending what they are asking instead of buying something else. Thanks for the comment and for stopping by!

Cool video man. I wish you could be more transparent and just tell us who was or wasn’t up to your standard. I think it’s worth saying the way a watch feels in your hand doesn’t mean everything. For example titanium watch’s are light and some feel as though it feels cheap as a result. Good to be as objective as possible, what’s the movement, finishing etc. I wouldn’t be shy about it sir😊

Point taken. So, my opinion? On that day, at least, I was most impressed with Jack Mason.

Well, for one, I was MOST impressed with the Jack Mason watches. Reason being, the watches lived up to the adds I’ve seen and then some.
