I'm surprised DPRK has the same track gauge (rail spacing) as S. Korea. Stalin changed the gauge of Russian RRs to five feet (instead of 4' 8-1/2") to prevent his equipment from being stolen. Same thing happened during the American Civil War. Southern states had a wider gauge than the north.

Not correct. USSR gauge ever was 1524 mm (now 1520). Nazis regauged a lot of lines as they advanced, and were regauged again when they were expulsed.

@@c.j.cleveland7475 Stephenson (which NOT invented the railway, but is the father of the modern railway system and the conception of wide available steam locomotives) used 4´ 8´´, which was the gauge of the coal mine where he worked and developped their first locomotives. The 1/2´´ was added to easy the rolling stock track use on the Liverpool-Manchester railway (the first inter city railway with passenger and freight service pulled by steam locomotives - two previous public steam railways used horses for passenger trains or cables to pull the trains on inclines using steam fixed engines for a section of the line).

Incorrect. Stalin did not change the gauge. Since a railway from Moscow to St. Petersburg opened in 1851 the gauge was 1524 mm which is 5'.

Information of the name of that engine: that train is an G22 in korea used like a intercity locomotive and in argentina used as a regular service locomotive

That's not really the case. Korea's intercity trains are far far more advanced than anything in Argentina. This is considered a low-end class of train in Korea, or perhaps a workhorse.
