She's got this so dialed in, what a pleasure to be able to absorb all these great universal truths. I despisPe the opinion of people saying you have to screw people over to make it to the top. It's people like you that prove the opposite. You can't fake the act this good. There is no robotic mindset here. She clearly is a high level creator, and teacher. Being able to operate from experience, knowledge, and empathy without getting hung up on expectation, or attachment to outcome with makes this woman intellectually fearless and extremely adaptable. It's nice to win the lottery, but 10 times better when you win it everytime she speaks. Thank you 😊

Believe the evidence not your beliefs. Prove yourself wrong! Plan for growth. Challenge for leadership especially if you grow 10x. Communicate what you want to achieve. High level producer to managers, absolute humility no pedestal, willingness to learn, do 100% of your job and 50% of the person above you. Servant leader.

Just a genuine observation Leila. I love you and Alex. Still, I've noticed he introduces a lot of his videos with "I'm founder and CEO of...", while you use "Co-founder and Co-CEO". (Or at least the last video I saw of him vs this one of you). I think you both should try to make it as standardized as possible. You're an equal partner, not his assistant. I know that sounds awkward. Like, why am I bringing this up? Because the little details matter. Especially to other aspiring businesswomen who often find either: themselves taking less credit than due OR their male partner taking more. To many people, this point I've made is completely unimportant and feels like I'm reading too much into things. However, little, almost indistinguishable, nuances like this form part of social scripts that have very subtle ripple effects on viewers.
