I am just amazed at Jacinto's perseverance. I will be 60yrs. old next year, and every time I think of downscaling my workouts, I think of him and push forward. Thank you Jacinto for being such an inspiration!

Doing what he is doing at a young age of 78 (81 now) is amazing! He is doing kettlebells instead of holding onto the crutches, and is deadlifting instead of sitting dead on a wheelchair..Envy you Young man!!!

John Smith all about progression sir the great thing is you’re first step of improving is already completed . You’re going and realize you want to improve . I’ve been doing it for 2 1/2 years and it’s easier working out in a group vs alone imo

I'm 57 and just had my 2nd hernia repaired last week. Both hernias happened because I was trying to lift weights like a 30 YO. After I recover, I think I'll look into Crossfit.

Even if it does not make you live longer, would you rather die at 75 living in your own house and doing what you please or die at 80 having spent 10 years in a nursing home with osteoporosis and angina, unable to tend to your daily needs. My dad is 83 and has suffered osteoporosis (weak bones) for the last 3 years and is a shadow of his former self - Although he kept active with walking and gardening he did no high intensity weight work to keep his bones strong and now gets spine fractures from simple activities.

Looks like he does the work. There are always standouts that can do more of something than others. Look at SEALS. Very few men could become them.. but others make it look almost easy. Who knows what he takes for muscle growth and stamina? At almost 80 I give him the ok to do whatever he wants.
