Very inspirational. But really, 78? HRT much. No way our man is doing that without Testosterone replacement therapy! Check the science. Not that this is bad, but honesty is important. Don't make people think that, at 78 they'll be able to do that without just a "little" chemical help! In any case I hope Bonilla is still popping like this in his late 80s. I'm approaching my mid-60s, I don't F with crossFit-joints, joints, joints? And I do a Power Lifting sequence of exercises. Bench, Squats, Deadlifts, Rows, Presses and so on. So far, ONE Achilles tear-recovered! Last year, Pectoralis Major tear off the humerus, surgery, recovered. Have to dial back my ego and moderate my weights a little at mid 60, NO HRT or anything else for that matter. Sure, I'm still strong and I could screw around with the CF stuff but I've already been under the knife, twice. On that note, Bonilla herniated himself with the CF after prostate work. Prostate cancer? Doesn't your risk there increase with TRT therapy? Hmmmmm! Wish you the best Jacinto. Hope you hit a 100. As for me, a more moderate powerlifting program, cardio, and Yoga, yoga, yoga for flexibility and joints! That's the ticket OLD boys and girls! Enjoy!
