Although Atlanta has a very high crime rate, there are lots of suburbs within Atlanta that might be suitable for you. Try to reach out to Nepalese studying there (through facebook groups) and they should be able to walk you through the entire housing process. Cheers

@@Yeglazer Online would be the way to go. I would look at HP's official website and check for student discounts. If I wanted a MacBook, I would just go to the Apple Store and tell the associate that I am a student (they would want to see your student ID) which will knock $100-$200 off of most of the MacBook models. Do your research as to which laptop you would get, definitely consider about the longetivity and look for value for money aspect. If lost, BestBuy is another great option for you to figure out your new laptop. Cheers.
