@@assassin-xz8211 even without the movement speed bonus, if you manage to stun your enemy, you can still use the second phase to dash away. I avoided a gank just by doing that, even manage to get a kill along the way.

There's a bug with silvana, when u use her ult, then u flameshot inside the circle, the enemy will get stun as long as the circle time limit.

there's very few heroes that actually can remove her debuff. zilong and miya's ult are other examples. I don't think a pro silvanna would engage those heroes unless they don't have the ult.
