Great video, Ivain. The information from Alex was very informative. That's a beautiful house for that price range, but not too many people could afford the mortgage on that price because of how high the interest rate is at this moment. How about having a home repair (maintenance) contract, which includes such items? I always have one, for example, the present one costs about $350 per year - saves lots of money. Nice commission on that $700,000 house though; way to go, Ivain.

You are very lucky with that contract. Most of our contractors here are extremely shady. I never heard of anyone doing this but you giving me very good ideas. I’m going to definitely look into it.

I am American, born here and live here. I will NEVER buy a house in America. The cost of a nice home in America is unnecessarily high. America is about to blow up anyway now.

hmmm, I do understand your point but owning a home has plenty advantages like what Ivan said. Paying monthly rent for an apartment is not cheap either and has no financial incentive.

I agree with you. It sucks here. To me i see buying a house in America has a source of passive income. For example, if you retire in Kenya..maybe you can rent your house in America. Then again when will one pay off a $700k house to start receiving passive income.

It is extremely difficult and many people do not ever get to pay off the house. That being said, it’s better to rent it out and have someone pay for you instead of you making the payments 😂

That house is Very Expensive. In South Africa 🇿🇦 you will pay $150 000. $700 000 is way too much.I didnt know houses in USA are so expensive.With $150 000 you will get three bedroom;three bath and double garage .Double story plus kichen.
