100% disagree and i would debunk all your claims. 1. the zve10 + the sigma 16 f1.4 lens, total at $950, pocket 3 is at $520. so therefore its $430 price difference. if you put the zve10 with the kit lens at $700 you would get similar results, and its still not a s wide and cost more, $180 more. therefore, the comparison is flawed. find a zve10 and lens at the same price new. 2. sensor size matters ONLY if the lens is better, but the better lens cost alot more! 3. they are both NOT weather or water sealed, infact almost NO mirrorless camera is. and if im wrong, then dip the mirrorless camera into water and let us know if it survives. ive used all the dji pocket series in rains and no problem. you can even find many of such videos. just search dji pocket 3 in rain. 4. i have all the dji pocket series 1,2, 3 and they have all fallen down multiple times and no problem. infact you may crack your mirrorless camera lens more easily than destroying your pocket 3. 5. your sigma 16mm f1.4 lens cannot zoom. so now you have to buy another lens. extra money. 6. i didnt see any problem with photos. yes the zve10 with an expensive lens would be better but at a higher price. 7. quit the gas. my pocket series are my favorite and i didnt feel the need for extra stuff. 8. the dji pocket series are the most reliable camera ive ever used. you wont get overheating like the zve10 or most other mirrorless cameras when out in the direct sun. 9. no problem with micro sd card. ive got alot of action cameras that use them. 10. the zve10 cannot connect directly to bluetooth mics. if you want to connect other types of mics, just use a usbc to mic cable. you would use a cable with the zve10 anyway. so this is not a good point. honestly, you make some list of fair points, but i have to counter them so an average person who see your video knows it doesnt mean they shouldnt buy it. negative videos only tends to make people conclude a product is bad, when it actually may be the right one for them. this is only counter points, we havent even stated the pros of the dji pocket 3 like best stabilization over the crappy zve10 stabilization, plus the wireless mics at a lower price, plus longer battery life, 4k120p, tracking etc.

Hey - thanks for the respectful and insightful response. We started the video with the fact that we loved the Pocket 3. But this was a video specifically about the cons _for us_. We never said that the Pocket 3 isn't a great device. In fact, combined with the ZV-E10 it makes for a great set of cameras with different strengths.

Just scratched it off my GAS list. Sounded too good to be true. The Sony ZV-E10 sounds better all the time. Waiting for ZV-E10 mk. 2.

I have a zve10 with 23mm viltrox lens, but For the convenience I ended up using my OP1 a lot more. So I am considering selling my zve10 and use my OP1 until dies. I bought used 2 years ago and still going. Thanks for the video.

After hours and hours spent on KZbin looking for someone to answer my doubts about op3, I stumbled upon your video by chance. You answered all my doubts, in just a few minutes, compared to 500 other videos on this topic. Thanks for your sincerity. Do you believe that you can already take good shots just with the supplied lens (16-50mm)? Thanks for the video, I avoided making a big mistake. I think op3 would only make sense if it cost less.

Glad to hear it! The kit lens is just ok. It needs a lot of light to look good, and even then it's not 'fantastic'.

I love my Pocket 3, but... next trip I take (from Toronto), I'll bring that, plus probably my Sony a7C with a 35mm lens. Don't care too much about zooming. Speaking of micro SD cards, that's yet another reason I'll bring my a7C- I bought four or five regular size SD cards for the Sony (for England), 'before' the Pocket 3 came out. Still, I don't want to lug the Weebill S gimbal around with the a7C atop it for hours. My forearm hurts just thinking about it! So, I won't bring the Weebill, and just use the a7C just when standing still, and maybe pan very slowly for video, and for photos.

@@JoeSzilagy have you tried the Catalyst Browser? It really makes a difference to the stability of the a7c footage .. but yes that’s a lot of post processing

You have to be 5 foot from the Insta 360 AcePro for it to focus properly...It is probably the most overhyped camera out there....

@@PointBlankCHL Yes, it's not a portrait camera, It's an action cam. Like I said, they are for different scenarios. The Osmo action might be better for focus, bokeh and portrait but it's not even waterproof, complicated to mount etc etc.
