Thanks for the information; I am moving to Converse from Denver; my house should be completed in August. I'll definitely check out your place as well as the other food places you've mentioned. I only knew about New Braunfels and floating the river there (I'm a native Texan that moved away) but I know nothing really about living in San Antonio or NE San Antonio (other than the house prices were too good to pass up haha) so this should be exciting.
