One of my best advice for getting better in english is to READ. Read novels or any english book without pictures. Keep reading. Doing so will help you memorize patterns and structures on how to properly say and present thoughts in english. Many filipinos suffer from knowing the right words but lack the knowledge on how to fully structure those words into fully understandable sentences. It doesn't have to be perfect but it should pass the standards of international customers.

Hi mis rea like you show its quite informative, i have a question do companies, dont hire rehires?? Ive been applying since june and haven't land a job any advice?? Here's my bg i was hired at aegis people support in 2012 for 4 months it was seasonal, then with cvg for 1 yr. 7 months resigned due to family issues the i hired again at transcom for just 6 months any advice po ms. All the examples that you were mentioned was all true. I can relate on that particularly in situation were i need to travel a couple of hours after my shift work going back home, either back to work again. It's detrimental during the 2 weeks of our training and gives me hard time and huge negative impact with my performances during our training and grad school. Lesson learned take care of yourself then maximize your time going and out of your work.sleep as far as you could to recover your body from stress from a long day of work. The next shift will be the same as yesterday. It's a constant routine.😰😅🤒

My problem is I don't have any bank accounts since this is the first time I apply. Can I know the process on how the salary works without credit cards or bank accounts?

Hi Jyra, are you working for an employer here in the PH? If yes, they're going to process your bank account for you. You just have to submit requirements. If you're a freelancer, you can open an account in the branch instead. I believe UnionBank has online acct opening, you can try that too.

You really need a bank account for convenience. If your employer pays via paypal, you still need to link an account.

I feel stupid when applying for this job because i'd applied before and I failed to pass and my confidence are not in presence. my self-esteem is very low and I know even writing these grammatically error english and I'm aware. anyways instead of answering the questions on interview I went blank and always keeping silent when the Interviewer ask me a question I don't know whats the problem with me but maybe I need a tutor or someone who can teach me with right grammar and how to build a sentence, though the problem with me is I'm too slow, however I still want to improve my communication skills. anyone can help me?
