We enjoyed the Yorke and tackled it slightly different to you. We stayed at the donation camps through the centre and used them as a base to do day trips in starburst patterns as we couldn't see the value in the council run areas. We missed the pink lakes entirely 🤷‍♀️. Shame that you had windy and hot weather there; that'd change your perspective too....great episode once again.❤

Thank you! We considered doing the donation camps but we do really love camping right on the water. You'll have to head back to the pink lakes one day! 😁

Guess you were on the peninsula between November and February when the sea breezes are at there peak but good video for the conditions cheers

We were there Christmas and New Year. We understand that's the windy peak, but it's also the warmest beach weather lol. Glad you enjoyed the video.

Great video. Does the weekly permit expire after 7 days? Or can stay any 7 nights over an extended period eg 14 days

Thank you! You can stay any or all of the days within the permit dates you've booked 😁 if you book a week pass then you can only stay for those dates, if you book 2 week passes then you can stay for any number of nights /all those nights within those dates. Hope that makes sense.
