Highly recommend a card processor! My booth neighbor on Saturday was new and didn’t have a way to take cards yet and she missed out on so many sales. Which I thought was ironic because I had way more in cash sales that day than usual! Be ready for everything!

This was some great ideas. You have a great sense of decoration. Your tables always look inviting and well put together. One thing I would add to the list is a small ceramic heater and extension cord. Nice to have when the weather gets colder. If they provide you with electric.

Any advice on about how much petty cash to have on hand?

I think it depends a lot on how much your products are and the expected turnout, but I normally always bring about $300 or so in change with lots of 10s, 5s, and 1s just so I never get in a situation where I dont have enough. I have recently been getting a lot of people paying with Paypal and Venmo, so that helps out a lot!
