OMG I’m so excited for you Jordan!! NY based!!! Even though I’m an Aussie, NY is my FPOE!!! When I was there last Sept, I went to Brooklyn for first time & went to this absolutely fabulous place: Cecconi’s in DUMBO! I always go to the gorgeous Central Park Kiosk (SO NOT a ‘Kiosk’!!) on the lake in CP! Just heard you’re thinking of Bahamas. Went with a friend in Sept.’18 (after wk. in NY!) & stayed at 4 Seasons -OMG!!! (Better prices in Sept!) After manic wk in NY, it was the most stunning place to relax!!

Hi, Jojo. You moving to NYC, congratulations! The Greatest City in the World. Forgive me my advice about where to live. Check out houses in Forrest Hills, very quiet area, but expensive. Or apartments on Queens blvd, safe and close to JFK. Good luck to you.

I was just reading about how New York airports are short staffed on air controllers & American (along with several other airlines) have been mandated to cut back on their flights into & out of New York. They are supposed to use larger planes & make fewer flights. It seems that American will be cutting over 4,000 flights until September. How will this impact your job?
