At the beginning get straight to the point and maybe point out something the target audience struggles with (example: The topic of your video is discipline, so give an example the viewer relates to about not being able to complete their work. This will hook the viewer. You can also put "Introverts have an advantage on the thumbnail or beginning of video. You should keep the title short and when someone sees the thumbnail, they should get the main point. Sorry for the long comment!
