I started creating years ago and stopped because i got too overwhelmed and was trying too hard to achieve certain aesthetics. Recently i started posting again, focusing on content i myself want to watch and maintain authenticity so one day when i look back at my video i would see my actual life, not an act or anything like it. I wish to be consistent this year and grow more ❤

I'm starting a channel too, watching a lot of tips videos, but I agree with you, at the end of the day, it feels more right to be myself (& generally authentic) than to do too much strategizing. Not that I won't try to create good content; it just has to stay in the realm of what is actually me and not some "KZbin personality" that I don't even want to be lol.

Until about 90 days ago I was able to overcome my fear of sharing my voice with the world and now I am implement theses steps you mentioned, providing valuable content, been consistent on creating content Uffffff it took me years and years to be able to onboard on this journey I totally get that the comments are very helpful when it's positive. It's very strong, gives us energy and helps us want to do more. My first comment (Brother I think GOD has sent you to me) when the negative comments come in I'm not going to give my attention to it! I know this online journey has changed your life and you have helped people change their life and that inspires me very impressively! Yeah so for me most importantly I feel the habit of creating content is in place! I’ve had my channel for a few months and have always lived KZbin since I was a kid! Currently I use the Sony a7 IV, AND canon m50 mark ii, and g7x mark ii ! I think an editing tutorial would be great !

Canva is good for thumbnails too and you can use the free version! I use that for my thumbnails. Really loved this video, I'm getting back into posting and making it work with my work life as this is what stopped me from being consistent. Hopefully I do better this time with these tips as well 🥰

Don't let the fear of others stop you from pursuing something you wanna try! I used to feel that way when I started posting but if people laugh at you then they're not people you want around you. I think my channel has helped me with confidence for sure and if theres one bit of advice I'll give its to go for it because the support will come along at some point, I now have a bunch of friends who are so supportive of my channel and they keep me in check. I would love to see a video on editing 🥺that's my biggest question and struggle. Cause I have content and a camera, but everything else has me stumped! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm in square 1! I have a chromebook but Idk what editing software can be downloaded to it, and I also don't know how to move the footage from my phone onto the chromebook 😭 I'm very frustrated to say the least 😪 and I really need to start my channel soon, cause the sooner you start the better, but I don't even know where to begin with those technical difficulties 💔
