She also exposed a conspiracy of alleged victims in the Rohtak sisters viral video controversy by interviewing the witnesses and collecting proof. No it will not solve anything because case goes on for 15-16 years. Giving Alimony and Maintenance should be stopped. Most women do case for MONEY. Hence removing it will decrease 90% cases in the first place. Also JUDGES are SIMPS they just see women and think they are innocent hence even if there is a law chances are judge will not give the judgment.

If my parents don't attend my wedding ceremony, and if my parents don't allow my wife to live in my parent's house, then my wife cannot give any case against my parents. Example.. if i do a love marriage without my parent's permission and my parents don't attend my wedding ceremony and also my parents don't allow my wife to enter my parent's house,, then there is no kind of domestic relationship between my wife and my parents. So, my wife cannot give any case against my parents.

This is indeed a unique broadcast where women are defending men. Normally this happens at home when mothers or sisters defend their sons or brothers. These ladies are raising very relevant questions. They are however dealing with problems of young people. Older man are suffering the most where their wives exploit them and play victim cards.

My cousin brother's wife assaulted my aunt & brother while she was pregnant. She kept throwing tantrums, throwing things & shouting. Once she even threatened to file 498a case. 1 year after childbirth she doesn't work, my brother & his 65 year old father are the ones working, my aunt takes care of the child & I can see the stress on my brother's face. He has changed so much. All the events since last 3 years have taken a toll on him physically & mentally.

A woman abusing husbands family is ok but if a man retorts ever he is a dead man. Honestly abusing in laws is so common it is heart breaking. Moreover, they see no reason and create such a scene over a non issue that men prefer to be quiet and stay away. Honestly i doubt if marriages are meant to work. Having seen a similar case in my family I realize that a man is so helpless as he has nothing to resort to. Fortunately the courts annuled the marriage and he was let go. All through this the father had a heart attack, family lost reputation , he was close to being fired from his job because of the stigma. And all through this the girls side unofficially demanded 40 L to close the case.

In most cases, when groom doesn't accept the dowry, rather it's imposed upon him stating (from the bride's side) that it's their culture or it reflects badly on their social/financial status, they force the groom to accept dowry. ( btw that dowry usually consists of rice cookers, washing machines, quilts, blankets, or some furniture)

42:40 Adultery should be made illegal to save more Marriages (6 months to 2 Years Jail Term + Fine according to Situations) In case of Divorce going on they can Exempt this Rule After filling for Divorce if someone goes into Adultery then it should not be treated as Crime Or they can make this Crime till 6 months after filling for Divorce as in this Situation Divorce is going on & it is taking long if someone goes into Adultery because of Emotional & Physical needs then it shouldn't be a Crime
