There is solution... I will give you 1. No property right in laws. Parental Property is compulsory. Wife should only claims property from their parents. Husband should only claims property from their patents. 2. Dowry, Alimony and Maintenance should be illegal. 3. Child maintenance is compulsory only upto 50% to each individual i.e husband and wife. 4. Just like marriage is choice of both individual. Consider being jobless is also choice of wife so giving maintenance is worthless. After Divorce she go and earn. 5. Having a child is also consider as both choice so only 50% liable by each individual for maintenance. All problem will be solved...
