Hello friend, I have spent £340 on one of these chairs. I have an issue where the back does not fit between the panels. I think they may need to send an entire replacement. Can I ask, how do they collect the old chair? Thank you

i never really used that pillow to be honest and it feels " alright " without it but bcs when im gaming i dont really lean backwards , i am always leaning forward so what might work for me maybe not work for you tho.. the pillow its nice if you want chill and lean backwards.

it is not very dense correct, but i feel my shoulders bit pressed bcs im bit wide ish. i actually got bit annoyed with bucket chairs after this one and will never buy something like that again .. but it comes to individual test, some ppl love bucket chairs right. @@citygent101

Boulies sell the elite max which is much wider was looking at getting that one and hopefully the sides will not be an issue. @@dbtech6272

Sold , not to do much with the brand but i cant use bucked chairs, i feel my posture not great, ive got herman miller aeron rem. very good ✌🏿

@@dbtech6272 Probably the Boulies Master would have been a better bet for you, it's a bit wider and also has the adjustable lumbar support.

@@kadiummusic you are right, that one looks ideal for me with the wider shoulders shape. I started to dislike the buckets chairs and not going back to that for real. Even tho the ninja version its not that much buckets but i do feel more comfortable now that i am not using something like that. thanks for your comment tho.
