Hi there from Wales in the uk. I just found your channel whilst looking for how to start scripture writing. As soon as i heard your voice i subscribed, what anointing you have, it flows from your voice, which clearly shows how much you love the Lord. I looked at your playlists too, wow what a goldmine your channel is, I am looking forward to starting scripture writing. @ thank you, I also look forward to where the Lord leads too. I have always found the Word of God has spoken indifferent ways through the same scripture at different times. So to actually write out scriptures will be fascinating as I am sure we will discover new words in familiar passages. I do believe the Word is to become a more significant part of our lives especially in these troubled times. God bless you 🙏🏻💕xx

Thank you for presenting scribing to people, the process of concentrating on each word as I read then write really highlights the words for me, the sound of the pen on the page is meditative and calming, I notice words and phrases that I have simply skimmed by in the past and then seeing God's word written out in my journal is a special thing. I have grown closer to God since I began scripture scribing a couple years ago.

I write Scripture using sermon notes. I take notes on a very inexpensive spiral bound notebook, college ruled. After I have finished with the sermon, I grab a cup of coffee, grab cute little note pads and post it notes, and I start writing out all of the Scriptures referenced in the sermon. I have developed a system of simple codes using Roman Numerals and the alphabet along with colors, and I place all of the Scriptures on the same page of my note. I have not only found that this has helped me better understand the sermon, but I have also, at times, found Scriptures that didn't really apply to the topic, but were plucked out of context instead. This is rare, but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't taken the time to look up and write out the Scriptures. I watch "church" online now because I am unable to go to a physical building. For this reason, I am able to "attend" church Monday through Friday! That's a lot of sermons! :)

This is such a wonderful way to study. I have been taking notes at a group study, but I am hurried and a bit messy, so every 6 to 8 weeks, I dedicate my Bible Study for one day to be re-studying and re-writing those notes into a nicer journal. Seeing 6 weeks of study as a group applies them to my life in a wonderful way.
