I've been practicing my skills every minute when I'm out of school. I've just wanted to go pro all my life, but my mom doesn't believe in me since I've had quite a few knee issues, and I don't have a ball so since then I've been using socks, empty water bottles, and rocks. I've told my mom this is what I want to do with my life, and she just won't listen and, this just told me I just have to keep moving.

Tomorrow is the big day. The first time I get to play on the big field with the stands, where everyone in my town is gonna be and all the girls, and I've lost in the tournaments 3 times in a row. I made it to the finals the first time and lost even though I worked my ass off to get there. I made it again and lost and felt like I was done, I just had another one and lost in the quarter finals and got benched and no playing time. And this time is my time, tomorrow night I am starting that tournament and leaving by the end of the weekend with that trophy. There is no plan b for what I'm going to do during the weekend if I get eliminated, I don't waste time on plan b, infact what is plan b.

@@pebble4704 Won that game against the higher team and we made it to the finals. The refs made us lose that game because they said all of our goals were offside when they weren't. It was terrible to lose again. I couldn't believe it. A few months ago my team got into another tournament and we made it all the way to the finals. I played as good as a could. We went into overtime for golden goal and my teammate scored a volley in the last minute and we won! Best moment of my life. Funny you brought me back to this comment because I was just looking at my trophy

Thank you man. I started football at the age of 4 but i did not decide that. My brother and my father Both played football and wanted me to play too. All tho i did not take it seriously i had to play and it did not matter how many times i said to my parents that i wanted to quit. They never listened. Now at the age of 13 i love the sport and really look up to my father and brother because Both of them were/are so good. Unfortunately lately ive been performing extremely bad and i always leave training sad. (Btw my brother is my coach). I perform bad and my teammates never take the training seriously. Yesterday i cried in bed because i wanted to be Just like my brother and father and i wanted to train but i Just couldnt do it. My father trained my brother when they both had time off. But now nu father is too old to train me and my brother is too busy. Even tho i do not have a practical training ground nearby i still want to prove that i am a good player. And even tho the forest nearby has a little football field i cannot really train to be the Defender i always wanted to be because you mostly need a wall and i dont have that at that forest. Last summer i had a trial at a club but i played really bad. I was nervous, didn’t show nothing of what i was capable of. I felt really down after the trial. The feeling of failure and that it is impossible to be a footballer. But this was no failure, this was an important lesson. I know what i have to do to succeed. I wil succeed. Upcoming sommer i will come back with the news that i have signed a pro contract.

@@Brian-cy3bo nah man. I sat down and asked myself is this what I want, and the answer was no. I love football and was also an amazing player. But I never did the extra work because I didn’t like to do it. I was always interested in making money. Because that was also my goal, become a footballer and become rich and do whatever I want. And making money was always a thing I liked more than football. And that is what I am doing right now, this year I will end with a million. And 25 I will have enough for my whole life. Think about what you really want. Everything you want bad enough will come to you.

Just saw this video today while I was in tears😢, been through lots of struggles in this football journey. I joined a 3rd division club this year but sometimes things seem to be fallen apart. I am not the coaches favourite(I barely play in a match) but whenever I am giving a chance I go in and prove myself but he still won’t give me enough playing time. It’s messing with my mental health and making me think like am wasting my time playing football. The most painful thing is that I got scammed by someone I thought was a friend of mine recently. He realised how dedicated I am to football and used that against me by saying he got an agent who can help me with which I struggled to pay the agent fees but finally found out it was all lies and I was taken advantage of 😣😖 I can go so on and on. Everyday seem like a burden to me, I have been in tears for days now because I thought we play football for happiness and to succeed but my story is different, I feel like quitting sometimes but I still don’t want to quit. I just need a hope and motivation or if possible a hug at this moment cause I’m really going through hell. People keep taking advantage of me due to my love for the game

I’ve been playing since I was small and I’ve took football so seriously because it’s my dream to be a professional soccer player.
