Just to add to what Shelly said, Abraham Hicks also suggests not to focus on your desire (by affirmations, visualizations, etc) when thinking about your desire makes you feel more anxious, doubtful, etc, than happy or secure. Instead, what they recommend is to get off the subject first by taking a nap or meditating or focusing on something else entirely. Then come back later to your desire when you feel better.

An affirmation for contact: I get so excited when I look down and see his name and picture on the phone screen. I just love the sound of his voice, and it makes me feel so special that he takes the time to call. I think he also likes to hear the loving excitement when I answer, “Hey Baby….what’s going on?” 😄 He always seems to call at that moment when I begin to feel like a break from study, and it feels like we’re so in sync. 💕 At this point, every time the phone chimes at all, I assume it’s him. 😁

I had to message this. Even im greatefull for the videos i found of yours, made me realise my worth more. But, I also realised that it was a waste of time affirming on my specific person, when he actually never invested, never made plans, got 4 kids, lied all the time, confused and a lot more. That this man is not for me! And I better walk away, it should never be hard if this person is for you! It comes easier and more natural! I was really stuck in manifesting and some hopes in the back of my head, when the best decision, was just to move on and find someone else,who will do all the good things,who will help to heal and not loose my worth. I am in a state that I totally deeply know that my SP is gonna get back into my life and my intentions are already done... But at times, I start missing him suddenly and feel extremely sad... I do practice self love and when I get those feelings I tell myself I am enough... Nd I am always there for me...and jump back to the calmness within...However, I don't know why I have not yet been able to get rid of that missing feeling! (though the frequency of experiencing that feeling has reduced quite a lot :) )

U describe exactly my feelings. All negative thoughts and feelings are so real and terrible. Btw I now try to stop using fb ig. My ex use my ig to like other females, requesting me to dress like them. Terrible. I am not that kind of females. These social media damage our mental health, security and lower our confidence. Because we are human we will compare ourselves with others unconsciously. Cut off all these connections, delete all social media is the only best way to stronger our mind and heart.

So like everyone here manifesting love, marriage/relationship.😂 I was trying to do SATS at night and affirmations, but nothing happened. But I continued to do it, no matter what. Anyway, for the past 2 weeks, doing chores or just walking, I was in SATS, maybe couple of seconds but I get there. First was image, and I clearly heard the voice in my head, your baby girl looks just like you, and I "woke up" from that moment, and said my God that was real. Second, I was cooking and my guy/husband/boyfriend said to my ex leave my wife alone.. it was kind of funny. Also lasted for couple of seconds. Third, I was drinking tea in my kitchen, and get image of my new boyfriend, we were sitting on the couch and he told me something about money..like, don't worry I have planty of it, and I was what...haha...it was funny...but again so real, and I'm my head he was so, so, handsome 😀. Also lasted 5 seconds. Forth, I was walking yesterday and my mind automatically said stuff like, I am so happy with my husband, he gave me everything I wanted, our love is so strong, we are happy, he showed me love, passion, we are best friends, lovers, and I woke up from that "trans" and said those are my affirmations that I was saying for the past 2 months. Also, I remember that maybe 2 weeks ago, I was trying to do SATS, and in like one second, in my mind my guy said Merry Christmas baby and once I was applying my mud mask and in my mind my future baby girl said, Mommy make up. It was so cute. Lasted also for couple of seconds. And now I remember, everytime when I imagine something I want and lasted for couple of seconds, I get what I want. Maybe this will happen in 2 months, or two 2 years, but I have it. Like yesterday, I was getting a shower and I was mad and probably in "trans" and said to my sister buy that, and she did. Haha. OMG it's going to happen in no time. I will continue to do that. Also, I am also now more and more focusing on me, like reading, working out, job, movies, and all I want to do. Beacuse, i realized if I want my guy to be what I want, I need to become my guy. Am I right? Sorry, if this is long, but I am so happy, and excited and really want your opinion about that. I manifested my sp to give me all that I desire and it's working. BUT he seems to complain about money a lot. He'll do something nice for me or take me where I want to go and spend $ but then he makes me feel like if I "pulled his arm and leg" or "held a gun to his head" for it. And I'm just like wtf I didn't ask for you to do all this or if I did ask, you weren't obligated. So am I doing something wrong or saying something wrong. I know I am a Queen and I AM deserving and worthy so why does he make me feel like I'm a burden to him????

girl lately, I feel I am being challenged through dreams and I am seeing 222,444,777,111,1111. like crazy , the other day i saw 1111 3 times in less than 15 hours. haha how amazing is it when you let go of doubts and understand that the current 3d reality does not matter at all that any sort of 3rd parties will be happier with somebody else, and stay true to my desire and love myself every minute of every day and do not obsess anymore.
