There's basically nothing Only thing is to get passengers when boarding to be scrutinized for being sober and not smelling from alcohol, Or not serve any alcohol aboard But definitely the passenger boarded already intoxicated,she and boyfriend definitely drank at the airport As it's impossible to get so quickly drunk from only one drink served aboard
