Kind of just have to face them and teach yourself over time that you're safe from whatever feelings you're having, and learn to feel better about yourself in time. Be careful though and try to not spiral when you give yourself space to feel. If you start feeling like you’re spiralling try to self soothe by talking to yourself and calming yourself down as if you were calming a friend down, drink some water and wash your face. I hope you have someone you can talk to. Letting things out with someone you trust is healthy and will help you feel better. Also, there are a lot of resources on the internet about mental health! I feel bad for The Rock, goes through all of that and comes back as what he started as, just to go through it all over again....sad existence. But also, when I was in my late teens, early 20's, I lived in a trailer park with some friends, and in this park was a patch of woods with a trail leading to a large rock....we dubbed it the The Rock and it became our traditional stoner spot....went back there about a month ago, it's been about 15 years so my friend and I almost forgot where it was. The trail was gone but The Rock was still there and like old times, we blazed up and reminisced about back in the day.....
