Thank God they allowed commenting. I hope ISU turns on commenting for livestreams of Euros, Dresden, Dordrecht and Seoul World Championships so our community can discuss the races. Congratulations to the Dutch girls. You swept the medals and proved you are the BEST! Our Korean girls will have to work hard to regain our rightful top spot. This World Championship was the Year of Xandra Velzeboer the Great! Next year's World Championship at Rotterdam will be the crowning of Queen Kim Gilli! Park Ji Won had the most legendary year ever. I think he won the 1500 M and 1000 M gold in Almaty 2, Dresden, Dordrecht and Seoul World Championship, back to back to back to back. And he's beating great skaters. I can't wait to see his battles vs. Hwang Dae Heon, Jens van 'T Wout, Pietro Sighel, and Lin Xiaojun.

It may not be as remarkable as the golden trio (South Korea - Netherlands - Canada) but I am very proud of Hanne and Stijn Desmet. They made so much progress since the Olympics. Although this last competition of the season hasn't been too good for them, they definitely deserve a spot among the top skaters.

@@Sedaura O yeah definitely, especially Hanne. She took down Schulting 2 or 3 times in close races, which are exactly those types of races she doesn't lose. Plus her win in the 1500 in Dordrecht when she streaked up the incourse passing like 5 skaters and beating Sarault, Schulting and Shim for gold is a legendary move I'm so glad great skaters are popping up all over the world.

The battles need to add Liu Shaolin and Liu Shaoang.

@@Charlie_Han322 You're right. China men team next year will be a powerhouse with Lin and Liu brothers. But honestly I'd like to see China develop its own talent. I was fine with Lin and China because Lin needed a new team and China needed a captain and someone to center their program around. But I'd have preferred the Liu's to remain in Hungary to keep some balance in the short track world between Asia and Europe. The way it is now, except for Jens van T Wout and Pietro Sighel, all the top men are from Asia.
