Yes, you are right. Now it shows value unavailable for let and const variables in DevTools. This is due to the recent update of Chrome browser. If you install any older version of chrome you'll get undefined there.

Actually code executation phase starts with memory allocation phase at this point what ever the varible it dont care simply its value is undefined and then the execuation phase starts here assign values are taken debugging can be done in thorugh consle ,through debugger inbuilt option and debugger word also let and const created varibles are stored in script section in the dev tools but var used varibles are stored under global option in the dev tool ,breakpoints seen, defer usage already shown in the html only so i leaved it its really imp vedio debugger and dev tools is more imp tq bro crt me if am wrong anywhere

Yes, that is correct. When use const it means that you can't reassign it any value. In this case JavaScript engine is doing that not you.
