After enough encounters with our species in one bad day after enough, we can't look at the creature behavior as anything other than what it thought was right. The final girl wasn't the trope of a slut or nerd, but just a real down-to-earth female who has compassion for the guy. THat's why her death was so shocking and kept us watching to the final credits.

Theory: The reason this Sasquatch/Bigfoot was so vicious was of two reasons. 1. Wherever this cabin is located is in its home territory. People going to this cabin are invading its home and it’s just protecting its area. 2. It has rabies, it would explain why it was so vicious and not eating them at all. it has rabies but then again I have no other guesses.

The actors are amazing the plot is simple but well written and the music and overall feel of the film keeps me on edge anticipating what happens next. It's a slasher with Bigfoot. I'm confused on where "comedy" comes in? The title honestly took me out of it because i kept waiting for something comedic to happen.
