Great video Eric! Lucky enough to have picked this exact model up this week and have noticed 3 things you missed! The dial has x’s that I believe are new between the squares, the 12 hour sub dial is only 4/8 instead of 3/6/9 and finally the buckle also has a quick release feature so no tools are needed (just pop it up and it slides right off)! Probably know all this but my sales associate had no clue about the buckle and I found out cause it accidentally fell off lol

Checked them out at the boutique last month and here are some additional things that they mentioned: -the bezel is slimmer at the 6 and 12 o clock to give it an overall slimmer profile (you can tell when you lay it side-by-side with the 44mm) -the mega Tapisserie dial is finished to a higher detail with tiny vertical lines, if you look at the ombré dial colorway it seems almost holographic, similar to your regular royal oak dial - bigger hands and indices with more lume -They give you two straps

@@WatchEric One (minor) thing to notice is the differences in numbers that appear on the subdials. seconds are 20/40/60 instead of blank; hour counter is 4/8/12 instead of 3/6/9/12 and minute counter is the same. So weird how they chose the counter labels!

Hi Eric. I want to buy a full gold bracelet for my AP royal oak chrono from the AP store in dubai. Do u think the new bracelet will match my 2017 gold AP ( since I didn’t wear it much) or do u think the watches oxidation will show and be a big miss match in shades of gold? The AP boutique guy said if we polish it , it will look like new but I dont know if polishing is a wise decision. Ur advise would be highly appreciated 🙏

The thing is tho that you cant just stick the hublot strap back with ease, you have to actually press the button to put the strap back, which makes it quite safe. Really love the way AP has done it tho, and I prefer it.

Looks sexy but to be honest I’ve owned a 42rg ten years back and then forced myself to like the 44mm RG I bought 1 year back, had to put a medium strap to make it fit but I ended up selling it! Don’t know how this fits but I think the 42mm was jsut the best offshore in RG. The rubber bezel one

I had the exact same issue, tried this 43rg l2l is 47 only so fits smaller than 42 almost like a sub therefore had to get it and absolutely love it..

I have a love - hate relationship with the offshores, they have an awsome design and and it makes you look really badass... but the thing I hate about them is that I can´t use them because they are too chunky for my skinny wrist and I would look like a clown wearing one of those.
