It's more like a casual watch. It's ok with informal or free time dress.

The walking speed scale here is more a decorative one. Theoretically you can count speed but it's quite complicated as this watch doesn't have a chronograph function and inner scale doesn't can not be moved.... There are several Skmei solar models , but they aren't real solar drive watches, as they use solar panel, but it only prolongs battery life (the batteries aren't rechargeable). Models like kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqakYaFjgd5qpac and kzbin.info/www/bejne/i3Slc2uQjMqebtE and kzbin.info/www/bejne/o17CqJ6XbqqeZs0. Also I checked Chinese Weide solar watches, but it's the same story as with the Skmei models.

Thanks for the review! 👍 It seems the best CasiOak dial style watch is the Mars 3 at the moment, Skmei or Foxbox are on the second place of the podium, and the others (like the Sanda or the Ohsen) are on the third place. Is that right?

Mars 3 model looks good, but its rather bulky. I'd go with the Skmei 2091.

It's hard to say. As comparing the durability of the movements is difficult. I prefer the Skmei because of its smaller size.

Supposedly Mars 3 case is made of carbon fiber like some luminoxes.

@@GedmisLaguna I have Luminox Manta Ray (made of carbonox - carbon fiber composite) and believe me or not, but it looks and feels exactly the same :) Sadly bezel from my mars 3 fell off and I had to return it to the seller, but evoque 2 serves me well and now I'm waiting for Apache. ps. very good reviews!

Great review. I almost bought Evoque 2, for a present, but couldn't pass over only 50m WR. I'd like to see how it handles swimming and light diving/snorkeling. If it'd be Casio's 50m, then it'd be fine. Too bad they ruined the dial with that bezel, which should serve as some kind of GMT function(??)... but tiny numbers on it are just bad. And that tachymeter function is absolutely unnecessary and additionally clutters the dial. Also bad lume is a big no no. Mars 3 doesn't look bad either, but the negative display is simply atrocious. And 50m WR is also not enough for a sport watch. As a frequent shopper on Temu, I can say that the choice of watches is not that good. They are mostly low end, and most of them are overpriced when compared to Ali Express. Maybe a few Skmei casual watches are ok. But I can confirm the choice of straps is top notch. Very cheap and of very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised. Btw, tools for changing straps are also bad. Brittle and too soft.

Thanks for your insights. From my experience, Skmei watches with a 5 ATM rating are safe for swimming. I can't say the same for North Edge watches, though they seem to be decently made
