Hey, Alex. Checking in three years on. How goes the recovery, brother? Staying clean & sober? You've got a friend you've never met out here. Just to let you know: It is SO worth it. YOU are so worth it.

My youngest brother just sent me a message with a link to this song, saying I might like it. Not only do I like it & am now a new fan, I just want y'all to know I'm NOT crying 😭😍💛 Oh man...now I will always think of my brother when I listen to this beautiful tune! My brother is one of my very best friends. Awww man. Big sisters cry the hardest I believe. 💛 I'm lucky for my little family. Siblings are my heart & soul.

Hey stranger There's danger down the line You'll find heartache and trouble And all your good time Rowdy ways I'll tell you no lie There's no burden greater in life As soon as you pick yourself up just to say Hey to your loved ones Who'll all turn away Don't go living with trouble in mind There's no burden greater in life Hey stranger If ever you decide Giving in to the bottom will ease your weary mind And heavy heart You'll see in time There's no burden greater in life As soon as you pick yourself up just to go Home to your loved ones You'll find a locked door Don't go making mistakes like mine There's no burden greater in life Don't go living with trouble in mind There's no burden greater in life

The magic of this couple is what many groups miss completely..their love for the music...the harmony, melody and lyrics...traditionally and professionally done without superfluous grandstanding, no pretense, just...the authors of good writing and presentation. Bravo from me and friends i share you with.Hope you stop in San Bernardino...maybe even Yucaipa, the foothills of San Gorgonio...we will have a new performing arts center this summer. Hopefully see you live.

Well. I can say without a doubt Emily grew up listening to Sarah Evans. I just heard this track at the end of the movie "Cold Brook" and thought it was Evans and had to go searching names from the music credits to find out who was singing when she wasn't listed. Beautiful voice and very reminiscent of 90s Evans. Interestingly, oddly even, William Fichtner made a brief appearance in a Sarah Evans video while Emily's voice and this song make a brief appearance in a William Fichtner movie.

This young lady has a special voice. Would like to pass on a couple of riffs to her, I think she could sing about anything .... Patsy Cline , Susan Tedeuci , similarity.. She has tremendous range to explore . Pretty effortless , working bass notes to Higher would be interesting, i.e Stevie Nicks / Karen Carpenter ....

Found your music by accident trolling for new old school to work on...now have many to teach my picking' friends for our informal jams....so elegant, simple honest and trad. Bless your souls for being minstrels to the rest of us who choose not to lead that life, but honor you and your music by taking it to heart and sharing. If you ever get to the Inland Empire near San Bernardino, you have a free place to stay for the tour....James Lucas, Yucaipa . On Facebook with the White Falcon Guitar.
