When Chandler said “oh the humanity” that quote is from a newsreel of the Hindenburg explosion. The blimp, or airship was filled with 100% hydrogen gas! When Ross made that remark about eight year old boys I couldn’t keep watching for the next few minutes. 😂 Had to hit pause and walk out the room

JOHN GLENN was one of the most famous men on Earth in the 1960’s. He served as a pilot in WW2 and Korea, and became one of the original Mercury astronauts, where he became the third American in space and the FIRST AMERICAN TO ORBIT EARTH, circling it three times in Feb 1962. John Glenn is also very memorably depicted in the wonderful 2015 film Hidden Figures, a true biopic about NASA's team of black female mathematicians. @ yes! That was excellent! Glenn also appeared as himself in the show “Frasier”, season 8, episode 16, as himself narrating a documentary on space flight. He showed his humility, that he had a good sense of humor and didn’t take himself too seriously, and it highlighted his reputation for honesty and ethics.

42:00 I got a pure bred Ragdoll kitten for Christmas last year and he was.... $1,600 on a kitten! True! if that sphynx is a pure bred, it makes sense that she was that expensive. But frankly I'm surprised Rachel got the cat at a store, as I'm sure you'd have to get a pure bred animal, be it dog or cat, from a breeder. Perhaps the cat had an owner before Rachel and they couldn't/wouldn't take care of it for whatever reason and gave it to the store, and Rachel got it pretty cheap for a pure bred because of its behavior. Just a theory.

The amount of hate that poor sphynx cat got from everyone actually made me just a little upset; they're so misunderstood by everyone when they're not even really ugly! I want to adopt one someday so badly, mostly because I'm allergic to animal hair and they're mostly hypoallergenic, which also makes Monica's "allergic reaction" complete BS. That aside, I'm glad you guys enjoyed these episodes and are still loving the show overall. Romcoms still are far from my cup of tea, but I'm glad y'all are having a blast with it!! 👍

I always loved the sandwhich's story, and Ross doing E.T., ahaha! I smoked 30 cigarettes a day, I quit years ago, but when boyfriend and/or collegues (still) smoke yes, a lot is discussed, or the boyfriend leaves you alone at the bar for 30 minutes because he goes with other persons outside smoking...! So yes, you may are cut out if your entourage smokes, but I prefer to be able to run after the bus without breaking in two from coughing and I love the fact that people says that my skin looks much better now. There are also positive things staying strong and not to fall for additcion... but I sometimes have to have Ashwaghanda gummies (it is a plant that calms down).

It's a shame how things ended with Gary imo. He was a pretty good guy for Phoebe up until the bird incident, and I feel like that was a bit out of left field. I get it was supposed to show that it WAS too soon and they didn't know each other well enough, but I wish they could have lasted longer. For some reason, the show doesn't like giving Phoebe long term love interests.

Nick laughs at the Patch sisters at 10:40 18:03-18:08 Nick laughs pretty hard at a Rachel line. 18:28 Nick is laughing so hard for a good 10 seconds at Rachel saying she can’t watch it’s too scary. 20:15 Nick laughs again really hard at rachel saying and 10 years later bam you had me. 30:35 Nick and Cody laugh at Rachel drinking the tequila. 32:04 they both laugh at Rachel’s joke towards Monica. 37:51 Nick laughs hard at Rachel saying that’s the wrong decision. 38:15 Nick laughs at something Rachel says again! I hate these comments, if it was true that’s one thing, but as @saltybae proved there were plenty of moments especially Nick laughed so hard at. Remember Nick has no audio you have to look at him to see his reaction to these episodes. So you just skim through the video and make a generalization because there was a couple moments they didn’t laugh at. Completely ignoring all the moments they did laugh at. No expressions??? I once Googled "Who in the Friends cast smoked in real life?" and was dismayed to read that both Matt LeBlanc and Courtney Cox were chain-smokers in real life. Even worse, Courtney said she "had to" to stay thin. Please. I've been dieting to stay slim since I was nine, without any aids: no pills, shots, Ozempic, gastric bypass, none of that stuff. I'm completely mystified by it. Just don't eat half a pizza, dummies. And it's just depressing when someone as beautiful as Matt smokes. Total deal-breaker for me.
