Context about Bdubs: He's such an impulsive sleeper, he brings his bed literally everywhere and will spam-click his bed at every sunset. It's one of the certainty of Hermitcraft. As Mumbo said it in seaseon 8: "I haven't seen the moon in 3 years because I'm on the same server as Bdubs."

the thing with bdubs is he is the resident sleeper, hes the guy the server can count on to sleep so they dont have to worry about monsters at night. bdubs is obsessive about it, he always has a bed on his hotbar so he is prepared at all times, and in the new season he even started carrying clocks in his offhand so he can be super prepared incase he is underground or something. Also, Scar’s real life cat named Jellie was added to Minecraft so that’s why he spent so long trying to get his own. I can’t remember who, but someone builds him a villager farm just so he can get cats. Every build he does in H7 ends up having a Jellie cat.

There were some hermits that I didn't enjoy watching the playlists of, so I'm probably going to save time and avoid them this season.

Those Mumbo mayor songs were by Jono Smithers or Jono He's Rendogs brother (another hermit) and is a musician He was commissioned by Grian and Mumbo for those songs, and has made music for both of them for s7 and s8 of hermitcraft (check out his channel) He's made music for his brother Rendog since S4 of hermitcraft

Oh man, I would love you to binge watch grians hermitcraft season 6. Yes it's already a long time ago but for me personally it was the best ever season and also the longest. The Civil War, Area 77, Sahara VS Concorp, the headhunt, demise and the build off were all great story lines, builds and fun, among much more. It's a shame you aren't allowed to react to it. As for season 7, you should definitely react to the 'mini' game named 'Decked Out'. It was made by Tangotek and its probably the best mini game in hermitcraft history. He plans on making a version 2.0 in season 8, once the 1.18 update drops, which it has now. Anyway I think there are some compilation videos or similar about it on non-hermit channels that you could react to.

Yeah, S6 holds a special place in my heart. It's up their in the highest ranks of youtube content. S7 was good and had fun stuff, but s6 was something else. S8 is looking to sit along with s6 for my favourite seasons. It's basically s6 vibes(probably because everyone's bases are closer)

I'm sad that Mojang pushed back the Dark City update since that means no Decked Out 2.0 since it really was one of the highlights of s7 for me but it really make me look forward to it knowing Tango will also have more time to prepare and if theres even more stuffs added to Dark Cities maybe even more game mechanics he will be able to use :D

Season 7 there was the vote from mayor of the shopping district. It was scar vs Docm77 vs streesmonster vs false vs Mumbo it came down to scar and Mumbo. Scar won by 2 points. This started the mycelium resistance which ended in a mini game battle between the MR and Hep.

The best part of the mayor vote was Grian started campaigning to make Mumbo mayor without ever asking Mumbo if he wanted to be mayor or telling him that he was going to do it. Mumbo just happened to start finding signs popping up around the server and was all confused about it.

two things: 1. You should really watch grians 3rd life / last life, because it is a bunch of friends on a semi-hardcore world and its pure chaos. 2. Grian made the mumbo jumbo music discs by using a resource pack that changed the songs on the discs

In season 7 bdubs even had a shop which was a big night sky room the hermits could pay to use because they never get to see the stars since he will always be the first one to skip to night as soon as the sun starts setting he even challenged people to sleep before him for a prize and Etho won! But Bdubs is the sleep King, he is also incredibly talented at making interiors and homey style houses he has such a unique touch when it comes to building :D A lot of those condensed Best Moments are only that much funnier if you have context to them for exemple Grian got Iskall with the same type of prank twice once in s6 and one in s7 which just makes it hilarious and if you dont know much about some other hermits some jokes can be lost :) my favourite season would be really depending on who's POV to be honest like for Docm77 it would be s8, Etho would be s7 and I absolutely love Grian's s6 ^^

Hermitcraft 7 was amazing for someone that just got introduced (as you probably figured with the nether builds). Since Minecraft updated to 1.16 during H7, Grian and a few others decided to build their stuff upside down. Scar’s builds in the nether and overworld were the best. I’m finally giving H8 a second chance with Grian and Doc, but the builds still don’t compare to H7 (Doc’s style is impressive, but it’s starting to get repetitive in the overworld)

the first minute of the grian video made me think, something that is popular around hermitcraft is like resampling bits of dialogue or hermits rambling to themselves and turning them into songs, like elybeatmaker's mumbo AFK, or Jono's Trapdoor... you could possibly react to those, or make your own hermitcraft beats. idk if thats actually worth doing, but just throwing out ideas the disc, they just edited the resource pack to replace the actual disc music with these remix beats

Grian is my favourite hermit by far, ever since he joined hermitcraft you can guarantee that 9/10 of the server shenanigans are caused by him in some way 😂 Also if your ever interested in the history of hermitcraft, might I recommend hermitcraft a complete history by Flowfall Riverboy, it gives a pretty good overview of the origins of hermitcraft from season 1 to the end of season 6, another good one is the rise of hermitcraft by TheMisterEpic.
