I remember when the script came out for the contest, my dad actually told me about it and told me to do it, and my 13-14 year old clique OBSESSED self spent hours filming myself in my bedroom every single day trying to get it perfect only to chicken out and assume my small town Midwest life would never get anywhere I wanted it to be and then kicked myself when the movie came out because I wanted SO badly to Massie and I could have at least sent in the video and tried to win the contest. To this day I still randomly start acting out the small monologue from it when talking to my dog lol.
