I wonder what would happen if Rorschach faced off against Batman, most likely Rorschach might win b/c unlike Batman who will not kill anyone Rorschach's judge jury and executioner personality would even the odds and is smart enough to use any item (standard or unorthodox) in the environment as a weapon. He might even deduce Batman's true identity as Bruce Wayne before engaging the Dark Knight.

You seem to mistake being a brutal bastard for being effective in a fight. Even a savage can have the same Three "J's" personality but if they're not good at preparing for what they're opponent brings to the table, they're screwed. Batman is a worldly trained billionaire with enough skills and tools on him to take down an army. Rorschach is a dirty hobo/nihilist Question with fighting skill and the ability to use his surroundings as his strength, but is too short-sighted and lacks forethought. Both are crucial weaknesses when dealing with the Dark Knight. It would be worse than fighting Ozymandias.
