To me the worst packaging fail was "Transformer Go-Bots". Only it wasn't a mistake; Hasbro held the rights to Transformers and to Go-Bots, and decided to combine the two. As always thank you so very much for the video.

As other people have already pointed out, "four-letter word" is a euphemism for a curse/swear word, since most of the real ones are ACTUALLY 4 letters long. As for extra virgin olive oil, the term has nothing to do with what percentage of it is actually olive oil, but rather how it's made (unfiltered).

I can definitely name the collector's edition for Halo 3 as a packaging fail, because the most people who got it ended up with a faulty steel case where the disc slipped out and got scratched on shipping, forcing those same to buy a retail copy of the game. At least those who got a less expensive version got a Master Chief helmet to put on display.

The 48 Hours thing is not a mistake. Jarring, yes, but not a mistake. There are contracts actors have about where their name and image are on posters and box art, which frequently puts actors names right next to other actors images.

One time when I was working at a grocery store, I noticed some Marvel action figures that were being sold, and I saw an action figure of Green Goblin, and the picture on the box was of Green Goblin too, but when I looked at the name of the character on the bottom of the box, it said "Hobgoblin." I was surprised by that, and I said: "That's not Hobgoblin, that's Green Goblin." Also, one Christmas, I saw a got a copy of "Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones." It was still in mint condition since it was still in its plastic wrapping, but when I opened it, the discs were for "Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace." My parents and I could tell the factory made a mistake with that.

I can see what they were going for with "Frown is a 4-Letter Word". In English, at least American, a 4-letter word is another word for Swear Word, or Curse Word, or Cuss Word. The joke is that while frown is obviously 5 letters, it's bad to have a frown so it's a cuss word or a "4-Letter Word". So eat our Jell-(:D) and you can smile! It's not literal at all.

4:24 I actually KNOW that White Castle location. That used to sit on the corner of North High Street and 2nd Ave in the Short North district of Columbus Ohio. There's a Rocket Fizz candy store across High street almost diagional to it. The location has since shut down for reasons I'm unaware of. 4:29 was actually the interior of the same location. To the right was the actual register and pick up counter.

Regarding the scissors entry, that's actually more common. I've bought a pair that was in thick plastic case that couldn't be opened by hand. So yea i used something sharp like scissors to open my pair.

Actually it’s still very common to see it in movie posters till this day. It’s a stupid bygone from the theater billing days where names are ordered starting left from the biggest star to the lesser famous stars. Studios know we start reading left to right so they need to catch your attention with the most famous star first. Because of that it also has become a bit of an ego thing with actors who will sometimes bicker over who gets “top-billing”

The spoons in fork packaging is easy to explain. Some jackass at the plant loaded the backing cardboard for the forks where the backing for the spoons was supposed to go. As far as how it wasn't noticed in shipping? These things are shipped in bulk, and I would not be the least bit surprised if they were 100 to a box.

The "Urinal Akut" was exactly done like that to think about urine. It's supposed to be a product to help with unblocking your urine paths and help you with releasing yourself, it addresses issues with prostate and such and is actually helpful, it comes in pills or in the hot drink version for the easiest way possible to injest as the cranberries are helpful for such issues. So yeah, when you got issues with prostate and you cannot urinate properly and you need quick help, this is exactly the type of marketing name to catch your eye Urinal=urine, Akut=urgent in our language. To me it feels like clever marketing and no one in our country even thought about it being stupid or something.

He said that the bigger size one meant that it was a bigger size for the ones you buy at the gas station, smaller than the normal ones at walmart. So technically it’s a new bigger size for the regular size. Not a bigger size of the large ones😂

The spoon forks are easy. Someone loaded the wrong cardboard backing into the machine that assembled them. It may have even put them in the box and they were shipped with a product number. I am disappointed that someone put them on shelves without realizing it, but if you stock enough shelves in a day you may not be paying full attention.
