@MrRobarino5 ай бұрын
Wearing leg braces to correct a crooked spine doesn't make any sense. A crooked spine (Scoliosis) is corrected with a back brace. Leg braces would only correct a leg problem. If you had any common-sense you would have realized that.
@NicolePompey-wv2zf5 күн бұрын
@@MrRobarinowell, Forrest Gump wore leg braces in the movie because his twisted back, often described as "crooked like a question mark," was actually a form of scoliosis, and the leg braces were prescribed to help support his spine and stabilize his gait, despite the apparent issue seeming to be with his back. That answer is per the medical community that the maker of the movie got his advice from. Common sense is finding out if what you’re willing to put down someone else about is something you yourself knows. I guess we all learned something because I also wondered why he had leg braces when the doctor clearly stated that his back was the problem.

After Scar saying to Simba as a kid to "run away and never return" after he one-upped him at Mufasa's passing, Simba did exactly and literally defined what "what goes around, comes around" means, he used the same words against Scar to see how he would feel if he was in his shoes. @straighttalkwithkyle79475 ай бұрын
Hoist the Colors is literally the story of Calisto and Davey Jones and how she was imprisoned by the other Pirate Lords. Singing that song caused all of their coins to vibrate signaling them to meet again as a council. They were all being executed because the English commander needed them to sing that song to call them all back.
@jaanfo38745 ай бұрын
I definitely agree here even though I think it’s about more than “Pirates singing”. It wasn’t satisfying if you understood why they were singing (They were being murdered in order to manipulate them to sing so the pirate lords would be forced to gather in one place so Becket could attack). If I had to choose a satisfying moment from this movie it would be the moment that Beckett realizes he no longer controls the Dutchman and freezes while the Dutchman and Black Pearl both attack his ship and destroy it.

It's my understanding that drinking from the cup didn't grant the person eternal life, just an extended lifespan. You would have to keep drinking from the cup to stay alive for an extended period of time. That's why the knight that stayed with the grail was still alive yet the others had died. So it healed his wound and saved his life, yet it only extended it a bit. If we keep with the trilogy ending, and forget Crystal Skull and Dial of Destiny ever existed, then his father could've lived well past 100 and still been as spry as he was in his 60's. (That's what I choose to believe myself.)
