Absolutely a shitty list. Thanos was powerful because of the Infinity Stones. But that would also account for every other villain. He should have been around place 6-9 as Scarlet Witch, Hela, (maybe Agatha, maybe Gorr) but 100% every celestial being and Dormamu would just mop the floor with Thanos without the stones. Even with the stones he is about 3-5.

Thanos had such an impact not only because he is incredibly strong and powerful. But also because it was very well written and set up in the MCU. He was built up as a growing threat in the background for 10 years until he finally took over as the main villain in "Infinity War" and "Endgame." This is a status that the "disposable" villains who only appear in one film can never achieve - and of course Josh Brolin's great performance topped it off 👍

Loki should've been a little higher up. Loki's magic is very similar to Dr. Strange. He was controlled by Thanos and the mind stone. The Avengers took 3 hours in the battle of NY. Exactly the amount of Endgame. Wanda is a sympathetic villain. Mysterio is my favorite because of his abilities with holograms and altered video cameras to make Spiderman a bad guy. He was hiding under our noses, but very obvious.
