The one who threatened me called me a "f@#%&^% b@#%%" and tried to grab me. And yet our boss always said, "The customer is always right." Our boss was a huge bully too and was a huge part of the problem. He ran a factory before he ran the Tim Hortons. He would yell and threaten his employees all of the time. He had a huge employee turnaround every month. He was constantly losing employees all of the time because they would quit to get away from him. It was a nightmare working there. One of my coworkers was a terrible person whom I rented from at the time. I was trying to work, and she was harassing me for the rent money. I told her I would get my cheque at the end of my shift. Considering we never got a fallow up to the chipotle throwing girl, I'm really hoping that she's currently sitting in jail. You know she's going to pull that shit again somewhere else.

Can you believe where you get all worked up when you get angry at a fast food restaurant that serves lunch?

I worked security for my local bus transit system for a couple of years. I mostly dealt with troubled teenagers and paper not in the best life or financial situations, some of them homeless, some with drug and alcohol issues. Where I live, the bus is mostly used by people who don't have their own transportation for one reason or another. It's a decent city that shares the school district with the city right next to us that only divided by city boundary lines. Even then it's not a big Metropolitan area. Most people that can have vehicles do, and they don't want to use the transsit system because it's slower, and still working on improving there image and reputation. It was bad when I was in high school. Drama, fighting, and drug use was a big problem. When I worked Security it had already improved a lot. I was a former and I am a veteran, so I was good at handleing issues and descalation tactics. One time though I snapped back at a Karen almost instantly though 😂. Probably the number one thing I despise that can be sometimes used by a Karen is what I call the "Angry Karen counter smack." I cn deal with voices being raised and rudeness to a point, but as someone starts repeatedly smacking a counter or table, or something repeatedly, I am usually immediately done and endinng trying to work something out. I'll be completely honest, I used to call it the "angry Black woman counter smack." I promise I'm not racist either haha. I'm like a Heinz 57 of ethnicities and race, basically an half Hispanic, half blend of several European ethnic backgrounds, and I might even be Jewish after doing some genealogy research from I do now about my birth family, I lived with them till I was 10, and still am in contact with some of them. I would the angry Black woman smack, because I usually Black women being the ones that did that smack. Just like Hispanic and chancla smacking and throwing stereotype for example. This woman started doing that smack at the customer service counter after yelling at the customer service representatives and being told by another customer there's no need to get angry about the situation. This was back in 2015-2017, some routes and arrival and departure times were changed. Some how she waa given route information that no longer was valid. I was trying to sympathize with her at first, especially after she was interrupted explaining her side of the story to me by one of the employees. A lot of the times I would be called over to customer service because of a angry customer getting into Karen or Ken mode, the employee would explain their side first. I would immediately ask the customer was they are upset or angry and as they were attempting to explain their side, the customer service lady, as all of them were women would loudly interrupt the customer accusing them of not being honest. Sometimes I wanted to the employee to shut ths hell up, they are not helping the situation by doing that. When the counter smacking and getting really loud, I told her she needed to leave the station for the day. I was done at that point. She did leave right away, still yelling on the way out. A couple of mins later I saw her setting on the bench at bus staging area when they arrive back at the station. I didn't know until I saw her at the staging area for one of the out of town buses, that that's the bus she missed. I was not informed of the route she was trying to get on. I approached her and reminded I trespassed her the day, but now seeing what bus route she was taking, as I was not even given that information during incident, I kinda figured and understood why she would be upset. The out of town bus trips didn't have as many trip times compared to the in city routes. She was be stuck there for a while, and she explained she needed to get home as quickly as possible due to something with her daughter if remember correctly. I untresspassed her, and explained why I did trespass hee in thr first place, explaining how it was causing a disorderly disturbance in the lobby, and she was progressively getting angrier. Funny thing was, she was Black haha. I explained the counter thing is big pet peeve of mind, especially when the yelling gets louder. I told her exactly what I called the smacking, she laughed hard at that. She said she also dowes the finger and head moving sometimes that is often associated witb Black people. 😂 We joked about how white Karens like to lightly fall to the ground and scream bloody murder basically. 🤣

I think the definition of the term “Karen” is being purposely used incorrect to describe some of the people in this video.
