Cole, pause at 2:42. I had the same issue and had to correct it in my late 20s for my shoulder. You are pushing the ball. You want to pull the ball from behind you by bringing your elbow forward first. Rotate your hips into your throw, then your humerus, and then launch your forearm. You are going to keep hurting your shoulder with that.
