I do agree that Axel is the current defending champion of the Sekai Taikai. I mean... look at him! He is not just a powerhouse, HE IS THE POWERHOUSE!!! 💪 However I do believe that underneath all that reputation, deep down and outside the mat, Axel is basically a combination of Miguel prior to his spine injury and maybe Johnny in his teenage days and multiply their strengths up to ten times a notch Likewise, Axel's training session with Sensei Wolf is the closest answer to the Kreese and Miguel dynamic in Season 2 without Johnny to keep his anger in check.

Its hard to say if Tory getting a kick on Robby is due to Robby being “unbalanced “ because I could totally buy Tory being skilled enough to accomplish such a feat without any outside forces She’s one of the most dangerous fighters in the whole series and shines bright especially in competition matches So while from a certain view it could seem from Miguel’s perspective that Robby is letting his guard down, its also possible that Miguel may be jumping to conclusions and taking out frustrations on Robby It wouldn’t be Miguel’s first time doing such a thing in regards to Robby..

It's pretty obvious that Tory only got that kick in because Robby is letting her betrayal get to him. It may have been several seasons ago, but Tory only got one hit on Robby in the first episode of season 4 when Robby let his guard down because he got cocky. It's not jumping to conclusions if Miyagi-Do is falling behind. The trailer shows Miyagi-Do in 11th place out of 16 dojos.

I think no one will win the Sekai Tekai. A brawl will erupt. All Dojos will be disqualified for disgracing the sanctity of The Sekai Tekai. Someone at Miyagi Do will get stabbed during the brawl and this will be the cliffhanger, of part 2, of season 6 of Cobra Kai. This is why everybody is standing up at the Larusso's house in disbelief. This is why Amanda is about to make a call with her smart phone. This is why Miguel is crying at the hospital. This is why Tory is all by herself at the hotel lobby completely depressed … She is saying to herself : "…All of this...would have been for nothing.…" Tory will be left with nothing... no money, no Kreese, no mother, no friends, no boy friend to go to. Mike Barnes was foreshadowing in part 1, of season 6. He said: "…People have died at The Sekai Tekai…"

My main 3 reasons why miguel is crying 1) he finds out about sam and axel and since he's so frustrated about the tournament he just let's it all out 2) yaya dies. 3) the shot we saw earlier when he's walking out on johnny could just be him apologizing and crying because he felt bad, hence the reason why johnny also looked sad but wasn't crying I'm like 98% Sure they won't kill Carmen or the baby and that scene may not even take place in a hospital

@watchparty1, If you remember, Miguel did not get to train with weapons because he had to comeback from a back injury. He was in a coma, then in rehabilitation, then Johnny asked him to slow down with the heavy training. He had to forfeit due to residual back injury after he fought with Hawk. Robby trained with Miyagi Do from day one. He is the one more skilled in Miyagi Do, by default, with weapons compare to Miguel. We saw Daniel doing a demo with the stick at the funfair in Season 2, with Robby and Samantha. Miguel did a Kata demonstration under Eagle Feng, at The All Valley Tournament, in season 4. Robby taught Miyagi Do, at Cobra Kai, in season 4. This speaks volume. Robby probably already knew how to scrappy fight just by hanging is the street and trying to survive, while Miguel was being a good boy. Miyagi Do learned to Robby how to be a great fighter. If Miguel and Hawk have not cheated, in the first tournament, Robby would have won in Season 1. Miguel's ego will be crush on this season 6 of Cobra Kai at the Sekai Tekai. Miguel standing on the side makes perfect sense to me.

I’m honestly depressed now. It’s not that I don’t like Robby but Miguel has always been my favorite and main reason to watch and now he just seems like he won’t even be important. I didn’t sign up for his becoming a background character I want him to fight cool fights and storyline but he just is collapsing as a character in this final season to the point whatever they may have planned for part 3 won’t be enough to fix. First waiting another 3 extra months kills all my hype and at this point I might just drop the show which sucks cuz I’ve been a huge fan of it for so long

The iron dragons are from hong kong in china. Maybe Sensei Wolf is linked with Master Li from the Karate Kid 2010 film? He may even have a link with kim sun yung leading into part 3. Maybe neither miyagi do nor cobra kai win, and may just settle their differences at the end of part 2, and then kim sun yung does a "fine i'll do it myself" type attitude, making him the finale antagonist in part 3 and a much larger threat to miyagi do and possibly karate all over the world. Maybe miyagi do and all of the other dojos in the sekai tekai, apart from the iron dragons, team up to take down kim sun yung, who is probably naming his style the korean word for "the way of the fist" or something like that. Kreese may just end up getting arrested again.

Tory is probably still coping with her mother’s death and she’s probably coping about her training with Cobra Kai. Tory is going through a struggle but is she going through conflict, I don’t think so. As a matter of fact I keep on hearing rumors that John Kreese killed Tory’s mom and for that she will probably end up rejoining Miyagi Do. I don’t think that’s going to happen. John Kreese didn’t kill Tory’s mom. I don’t agree with that. John Kreese always supported Tory when nobody else supported her and I think that would it be out of character for John Kreese to kill Tory’s mother. I don’t think Miyagi Do is going to win because having Miyagi Do win the Sekai Taikai wouldn’t make any sense at all. That’s what the writers want you to believe. Jon Hurwitz is probably trying to get us to believe that Miyagi Do is going to win the Sekai Taikai tournament.
