Selling Rolex Yacht-Master II & Sky-Dweller Rose | Ballon Bleu De Cartier | Watchtrader & Co Ep.22

Tune in this week as Josh kicks off the episode with the sale of a Rose Gold Rolex Sky-Dweller on an Oysterflex strap, Ref: 326235. Jack serves a customer with a current generation Rolex Yacht-Master Rhodium Dial with the baby blue seconds hand. He’s looking to upgrade to a professional diving model. We look at the 41mm Submariner, the 43mm ‘red writing’ Sea-Dweller and the 44mm Rolex Deepsea.
Josh has a customer interested in picking up a steel and gold 36mm Datejust as a gift. We bring out a selection of classic pieces to choose from.
Hendo and Harry sit down to discuss the steel Cartier Ballon Bleu De Cartier that we have in stock. This classic Cartier wrist watch is 42mm with a mechanical movement, and in steel with a silvered guilloché dial.
Finally we have a gentleman who is a returning customer and has a Sea-Dweller to part-exchange. He has to decide between a GMT-Master II ‘Batgirl’ and the Yacht-Master II in either steel, steel and rose or full 18k yellow gold.

@@japd7897 Watch trader & Co are not authorised dealers they are a second hand watch dealer. They buy and sell watches at the current market rates it’s not the fault of this business that watches are fetching more than the recommended retail price. It’s supply and demand. So yes in my opinion they are running a professional genuine business and would be very happy doing business with these guys.

Mates please stop laying the watches down on the caseback, it scratches them like crazy! Set them on their side without the crown! And tell your customers to do so as well while trying your pieces on!

Exactly - people tossing these watches down on caseback triggers my OCD. Teach your clients and staff to lay it down on side, with crown up. Demonstrating lack of care towards product by seller is a big red flag.
