Trading a Rolex GMT 'Batgirl' for Panerai Submersible | We buy a Brabus? | Watchtrader & Co Ep.25

Josh serves a customer who has travelled to the Newcastle Boutique to purchase a Tag Here Monaco. The gentleman previously owned the Monaco but had to sell it to free up funds. The watch that we have in stock has a stunning blue dial and is in much better condition than the one that the customer had owned.
Jack unboxes new stock that has landed in our shop. We receive three GMT-Master II’s, two ‘Batgirls’ and one ‘Pepsi’.
The Panerai Submersible 42mm PAM00683 is a watch sought after by a client who has decided to part-exchange two of his Rolex’s for. This is one of the best looking Panerai watches available in our opinion. It wears well on smaller wrists in comparison with some of the larger Panerai timepieces. The clean dial, rubber strap and baby blue accents really set this watch apart.
Hendo serves a customer who has travelled down from Scotland to purchase a Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris. This timepiece has a beautiful blue dial, vintage inspired brown leather strap and internal rotating bezel.
We’ve picked up a comical new car that might just become the new company run around. This is non other than the SmartEQ fully kitted out with the Brabus trim and tuning.
Finally Josh acquires the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph ‘Navy’ 26470ST.OO.A027CA.01 from a customer who’s interested in purchasing a GMT-Master II 116710LN.

Bought a Grey Monaco ltd Edition 18 months ago but sent it back, you have to try on a square dial before you buy, an acquired taste, loved the Polaris tho. Sunday nights viewing now consists of pissing myself laughing at Phildo Reid’s offering, then learning something with REAL customer interaction, definitely pissing it lads on the watch reality front, onwards and upwards

Thanks for another episode just a few days after the last one! Sundays become more pleasant thanks to you! The structure of your episodes is perfect! The unpacking of watches, the interactions with the customers, the musical interludes, the watch inserts for long seconds, a little bit of Josh, a little bit of Stuart and above all, a lot of Hendo! Lots of Hendo is always a great idea. All he has to do is smoke a pipe and the transformation into Gandalf is complete! I could listen to him recite the phone book without getting tired. If we were to carve faces on the Mount Rushmore of watches, Hendo's would definitely be on it! What a gentleman. Guys, the square watch (Monaco) at the commencement was a pure delight, unusual and intriguing, to say the least. But the Jaeger-LeCoultre one was the most spectacular thing in my eyes! Pure horological poetry. Here is a watch to wear at the end of all things when we arrive in front of St-Pierre and the Portes du Paradis (sorry, i'm a francophone from Montréal - certain french words are fun not to translate). With CRM on Fridays and you on Sundays, weekends start and end beautifully! I truly adore you and you do me a lot of good and I know that I speak for many people. Please, always make it a Sunday thing :)

I’m just imagining it now, Mount Hendo 😂 The Monaco is an absolute classic racing timepiece since it’s inception in 1969. JLC make great watches and have manufactured movements for a lot of other well known Swiss brands. The Polaris is classic yet sporty and can be had at a very reasonable price pre-owned. I have just got a Tag Heuer Monaco Heuer 02 movement blue dial - its my favourite watch, admittedly I dont have a Rolex and dont particularly want one due to the inflated costs, I have a few Tags, a Breitling, a Bremont Spitfire Sortie special project, a couple of Logines and a Cartier - loving the videos guys and one day if the market ever calms down i'll get me a rolley, but I just cant bring myself to buy an 8K watch fo 22K! - till then i'll keep watching - love the content
