These liquids can be used in regular devices. Drippers require no modifications but rtas need to have thicker wicks to prevent leaks especially on hot days. Now refillable pods and stock coil tanks will usually leak a fair amount. Now many may wonder how I come by my information. The simple answer is I mix my own liquids. While I am no mix master I have used distilled water in my mixes. Mostly for my drippers to produce a richer cloud but I did experiment with water for my mtl devices also. For mtl tanks I stay around 10% water with 30% pg and 60% vg to keep it at a usable viscosity for most devices. Now for drippers I would go up to 20% water, 70% vg, and 10% pg. My flavors are pg based which is the only pg in my mix.

I got my hands on an Esco Bar H20 (they partnered with aquios) and it was so good compared to my smok with normal salt nic I bought two more and chilled on them for a while. It's less harsh on the throat and I felt slightly healthier after heavy chain vaping. Would recommend trying a disposable just to see what it's like

I would imagine too that with water based liquids that it may foul the coils quicker during periods of non-use. But re-formulations could always mitigate that if not outright eliminate that worry. The opposite would also hold true in that water based liquids could reduce the burnout of coils. Excited to see where this goes.

Definitely interested. Being primarily a open system dripping vapor, I really hope you get the liquid samples to try it. I've been into DIY for about a year now and I'm wondering if this is something I can try myself, because in eliquid calculators you often see a spot for water/vodka and was already curious about what that would be like.

Distilled water has been used in diy eliquids for more than half a decade, I always used to add a percentage to my home mixes. Try it out, it can't hurt.

LEFT vaping back in 2016. on and off since geez 2009/10ish. 510 pen was my first. I loved the mods, making the coils...something about pushing the watts and clouds was my thing even at 40. now 2024 what a shock at how the industry has changed and not for the good. Im guessing govt has their hands all over it now. most stores are nothing but disposables. Although the flavours to me are better Ive quickly went to pods but really do miss the mods.. comments on this video give me hope there still is a market. The way you said water or PG based e-liquid at the end leads me to believe that, basically, these are 70/30 VG/H20, with water being the carrier of the flavor and nicotine instead of PG. Would that be fairly accurate? That certainly would smooth out the vape in higher nicotine liquids, as well as help dry mouth and the overall dehydration effect and other aversions to PG that some people experience. I'm wondering how much they have to increase the flavoring percentage, if at all, for the flavor to still come through this well in these "watered down" liquids. This really would open the door to playing around with different ratios if these liquids can be used with any traditional wire or mesh coil and cotton. At 30% water, did you experience any different feeling to the vape compared to PG based liquids? One of the funniest things that people say to me about vaping is that inhaling water vapor can't be good for your lungs. Water isn't (or wasn't) an ingredient of liquids, so that point had been moot in the past. But, in the summer I run my dehumidifier at 50%, and in the winter I have to add humidity to the air in the house. Doing a little research into air humidity, under 20% is unhealthy because of dehydration causing dry skin and upper respiratory irritation, and over 60% is unhealthy because it can promote growth of bacteria and mold. Keeping within those guideline, water based liquids between 30%-50% should be tolerated by the body quite well. Thanks for the videos looking into this. It really is very interesting.

I really like this... simply because it would seem to be even safer than average e-liquids. PG/VG are known to be relatively safe for inhalation, but some people do have sensitivities to them and there are other chemicals that can form with heat turning PG/VG into an inhalable aerosol; with water though, there isn't a chance that the water chemically turns into something else that is potentially irritating or harmful to the lungs. If the vape experience is good, and the production of this type of e-liquid is sustainable... I really think e-liquids should adopt this concept across the board so we have a lot more options in terms of flavours and strengths for those who want to go as low as possible with the nicotine content.

Of course it's vg/pg. Where in the world is 30% the base? The base is always the bigger factor. I use 50/30/20 in some of my setups with supermesh and it works flawlessly. The whole thing is nothing but a selling OP.

It's kinda Interesting that the vape community is getting something new, in terms of eliquids. But I do kind of think that it'll be a fad, because from what I understand about them, the water based liquids tend to be a little bit more thinner than Pg liquids, so a lot of systems, especially pod systems may be more prone to leaks and potentially dying from the liquid getting inside the battery.. I'm excited though, I personally won't be trying it until a year or two after it kicks off, just so ik the majority of the kinks in the chain are sorted out

Yes very interested would love to see if this vapes in a normal system. As it looks like a normal dispossable I would have thought the only change would be possible the coil as the ohms would probably be different. If you could get the info of there devices and compare to an ordinary dispossable that should give you the answer in regards to the battery and coil ohms and construction.
