Part 2 of Resilient Cities
Drawing inspiration from cities like Chicago, Bangkok and of course, the Netherlands that are all finding ways to live with water.

Floating cities sound pretty cool. I like the idea of living with water rather than getting rid of it.

Floating cities seem fine for places that flood from rivers or monsoon season, but maybe not so much in places that experience hurricanes and violent storm surge

Would you just be able to dig up a block every few blocks that would be a low level park / flood area? Or does there need to be a way to empty the water afterward? Not sure how long it takes for ground and air to absorb the water.
